We are a group of highly motivated engineering students who want to represent the Czech Technical University in prestigious international rover competitions. We want to create a space for self-realization of young talented students with passion for robotics and mechatronics, who would like to utilize their theoretically charged knowledge in practice.
The design process for our first rover prototype began in May 2023, as we started the journey of building a fully functional autonomous space rover.
The rover comprises six driven wheels, a chassis, a 6 DOF robotic arm, numerous sensors, and an Intel RealSense camera. We are preparing for the competition tasks of the European Rover Challenge, which include Maintenance, Science & Sample Collection, Navigation, and Presentation.
